PHILHEALTH XII STRENGTHENS PROCUREMENT TIES THROUGH SUPPLIERS’ FORUM 05-15-2025

In a move to reinforce transparency, efficiency, and accountability, PhilHealth Regional Office XII hosted a Suppliers’ Forum: Strengthening Procurement Partnerships on May 5, 2025, at Cinco Niñas, City of Koronadal. The forum engaged PhilHealth's existing suppliers in a comprehensive discussion on procurement policies, procedures, and recent updates, with the goal of enhancing collaboration and fostering open communication.

A message from Regional Vice President Dr. Hector Zenon Leonardo P. Malate emphasized the vital role of suppliers in achieving Universal Health Care: “This forum provides participants with valuable knowledge of the Corporation's procurement framework, clarifies procedures, and addresses related concerns. As a government agency entrusted with public funds, our commitment to fairness and efficiency in procurement is paramount. We also want to emphasize that your essential goods, crucial services, and other vital procurements are instrumental in delivering the promise of Universal Health Care to every Filipino. Your timely deliveries and quality services directly translate to better healthcare access and outcomes for those we serve.”
