The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and the Philippine Heart Association (PHA) have recently formalized a joint undertaking to further strengthen PhilHealth's information campaign on cardiovascular health.
The partnership also aims to provide Filipinos with information on PhilHealth benefits and services through placement of PhilHealth ads on PHA's advertising platforms.
PhilHealth, in turn will provide learning sessions for PHA members through the conduct of the Social Health Insurance Education Series or SHInES. Through the said undertaking, PhilHealth expects to heighten their consciousness on the principles of social solidarity, thereby multiplying its advocates and champions.
