Simon Mainwaring once said, “Creating a better world requires teamwork, partnerships, and collaboration as we need an entire army of companies to work together to build a better world within the next few decades. This means corporations must embrace the benefits of cooperating with one another.”
Working together to achieve success applies to every individual, company or organization. This also holds true for our Accredited Collecting Agents (ACAs). They collect premium for us, but beyond their duty is the passion to serve, and all of these efforts are geared towards achieving a common goal: collection efficiency.
For its part, PhilHealth never fails to innovate for the betterment of its members. We never cease to look for ways to extend quality service. As we make payment of contribution more accessible for the convenience of our clients, we also make sure that our ACAs, who are the instruments in attaining our goal, are well-informed of the policies and updates regarding premium collection.
Recently, representatives from collecting partners in Central Pangasinan attended a forum aimed at building stronger ties among them. Different policies were discussed, and the NO SPA, NO PAYMENT policy was emphasized. Feedbacks from clients paying in ACAs were also raised, the crowd gave their opinions on different issues that they encounter on a daily basis and questions were addressed adequately.
Jethro M. Martinez, Assistant Vice President of Land Bank of the Philippines, AB Fernandez Branch, responded to the feedback on the validation of List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable (LDDAP) - Advice to Debit Account (ADA), while Catherine P. Bomalay, Branch Head of Robinsons Bank Calasiao, spoke about the cut-off time in the collection of premium. Folders and pouch bags were distributed to the attendees as tokens for their support to PhilHealth. (END) (Charo U. Cortez)
