In its relentless efforts to make health insurance not only available but also relevant, PhilHealth has taken the extra mile with its introduction of the Electronic Premium Reporting System (EPRS). The EPRS has allowed employers to update and post remittances and records on time, which result to the expedient and hassle-free availment of benefits by members.
The web-based, user-friendly interface allows users to update information with such ease. It has continued to evolve with the addition of the online databank that allow hospitals in Iligan and virtually other places to check member records without asking members for the usual photocopy of RF1, CF1 and MDRs. Like a perfect entree served, PhilHealth employees especially their PAIMS are always able and ready when you need assistance.
PhilHealth has just redefined insurance in a spectacular way, down to the last letter. --- Jean Claire V. Togonon, Compensation and Benefits Assistant, Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation PEER
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation introduces an online facility specifically called the Electronic Premium Reporting System (EPRS).
The EPRS is a web-based application employed by PhilHealth to promote faster and easier submission of monthly remittance reports. The system updates its features making it more effective and efficient, the EPRS version 2.0 was enhanced which includes features on editing of payment transaction, generation of PEPRL, included posting of payments through ACAs. The use of EPRS ensures viewing of reports.
Personally, as an EPRS user, it helps a lot in making PhilHealth Reports easier. Since it is already a web-based program we can actually view our previous month’s remittances and reports making it accessible to us anytime we wanted to. I call it one customer experience.
Hats off to PhilHealth, especially for LHIO Iligan, for their continuous reaching out to us employers. They even responded immediately to our request for Employees Benefit Update Lecture.
Congratulations LHIO Iligan for your unrivaled efforts and hardwork in your ways in achieving universal coverage. We’ve never been more satisfied, the only government agency who regularly conducts fora, and moves to update us with the latest in PhilHealth. --- Sherlita Racines, NGCP-Iligan City Admin HR, PEER
The online facility of PhilHealth is a great move of the agency to encourage the employers not only to have access to the many privileges that PhilHealth offers, but also to update the records of the employees and take responsibility in informing and assisting the members should there be any discrepancies in their monthly remittances. It is also a big help especially to employers as they don’t need to fall in line and submit the required documents at PhilHealth office. They just have to register online, submit the list and see the remittances posted in their accounts.
Kudos to PhilHealth, for the easy and convenient way of submitting and reporting of documents. Keep up the good work!--- Dana Megrenio, Mapalad Power Corporation Administrative Staff, PEER
