The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) to promote and thoroughly inform Overseas Filipino Workers and their qualified dependents of their rights to access quality health care services through their PhilHealth coverage and benefits.

PhilHealth Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Atty. Alexander A. Padilla signed the MOU with CFO Secretary Imelda M. Nicolas. The CFO has been designated by the Inter-Agency Committee on Philippine Schools Overseas to represent the Committee with PhilHealth.
