PhilHealth Service Desks Now Open at
Robinsons Malls March 7, 2012

MEMBERS of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) may now have their member data records updated, their ID cards printed, and their premium contributions verified through its newly-opened service desk at Robinson’s Galleria in Ortigas, Quezon City.

These frontline services are available at the Lingkod Pinoy Center in Robinsons Galleria and in three other Robinsons branches in the National Capital Region, namely, Otis and Malate in Manila and Novaliches in Quezon City. Soon, another service desk will open at Robinsons Metro East along Dela Paz Marcos Highway in Pasig City.

Dr. Shirley B. Domingo, PhilHealth Vice President for NCR and Rizal and Arlene G. Magtibay, General Manager for Commercial Center Division of Robinsons Land Corporation led the ribbon-cutting ceremony that signalled the formal opening of PhilHealth Service Desks at selected Robinsons Malls.

"This is our way of bringing the services of PhilHealth closer to our members and we are very happy and proud that through Lingkod Pinoy Center, our members will truly experience utmost convenience in making their business transactions with PhilHealth," said Domingo. She added that "...we are grateful for the support extended by Robinsons Land Corporation in providing PhilHealth with a space in the Lingkod Pinoy Center to fully serve our members' needs."
Meanwhile, Magtibay is also thankful that PhilHealth finally forged ties with Robinsons saying that, "we look forward to a long and fruitful partnership with PhilHealth because I know of your noble commitments to serve the public and to make sure that Filipinos shall have adequate health care."

Among the services available at the PhilHealth Service Desk are processing/encoding of membership application forms, verification of PhilHealth number, updating and printing of Member Data Record (MDR), a primary document in claims availment, as well as printing of PhilHealth Identification Number cards.

Another public service initiative of Robinsons, the Lingkod Pinoy Center is a one-stop shop that brings together various government entities, such as PhilHealth, GSIS, Pag-IBIG Fund, Department of Foreign Affairs, National Bureau of Investigation, Land Registration Authority and soon, the Social Security System.

The PhilHealth Service Desks are open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. (END)
