President Arroyo leads ID distribution in Mountain Province - February 14, 2007
Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, together with Elvira Ver (left), Assistant Vice President of PhilHealth's Regional Office in the Cordillera Administrative Region distribute PhilHealth cards to indigent families during the recent "Serbisyo Muna" Caravan held in Bontoc, Mountain Province.
Ver and Bontoc Service Office Head Jose Safawil talk about PhilHealth during a live broadcast of the Serbisyo Muna Caravan at the service booth of the Radyo ng Bayan Mountain Province. The program was heard all over Mountain Province and Benguet.
