PhilHealth Joins Inquirer's OFW Job Expo 2007 - July 26, 2007
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) recently took part in the 3rd Overseas Job Expo of the Philippine Daily Inquirer held at the Music Hall of the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The two-day event was supported by various companies and other government offices. Vice President Noli de Castro (left) graced the event and took time to visit the PhilHealth exhibit booth. Also in photo are Inquirer's President and CEO Alexandra Prieto-Romualdez (middle) and Classifieds' Assistant Vice President Jessie Rebustillo (2nd from right).
Uniformed men of the Philippine National Police (PNP) were among the first visitors at the PhilHealth booth on opening day. They inquired about procedures to get their PhilHealth Identification Numbers (PINs).
Romualdez welcomes and acknowledges job seekers and the exhibitors for making the event a big success. This is the second time that PhilHealth joined the Inquirer Job Expo as part of its goodwill-building efforts with media.
