PhilHealth Marketing Heads Guest on Kapamilya Helpline on ABS-CBN Channel 2 - November 27, 2006

PhilHealth Marketing Heads (L-R) Sidfrey Panganiban of NCR South, Delio Aseron II of NCR Central and Donald Singzon of NCR North recently guested on “Magandang Umaga Pilipinas” over ABS-CBN Channel 2 to answer members’ queries on PhilHealth membership and related concerns. The guesting generated calls from the program’s viewers whose concerns ranged from claim status follow-up, accreditation renewal, OFW enrolment to voluntary coverage.

MUP host Cheryl Cosim is shown filling out Form M1b for her voluntary membership into PhilHealth. Before the program ended, she submitted her form and handed her one-year premium for 2007. Her PhilHealth Number Card was facilitated by NCR Central whose office is located about a stone’s throw away from the ABS-CBN studios in Quezon City. With her in photo is Panganiban.

Aseron explains to MUP host Christine Bersola-Babao that retirees and pensioners may enroll under the Non-Paying Program when they are at least 60 years of age and have made 120 monthly contributions to the program.

Singzon points out to Bersola-Babao that PhilHealth benefits depend on the case type and the category of the hospital where the member was admitted. Singzon represents NCR North which caters to PhilHealth stakeholders in Manila, Mandaluyong, Kalookan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela.

Bersola-Babao shows off the Form M1bs that were filled out by Cosim. An ABS-CBN talent, Bersola-Babao said that she has ensured the PhilHealth coverage of her household staff.

The PhilHealth guests pose with MUP hosts (L-R) Bernadette Sembrano, Julius Babao, Bersola-Babao, Cosim and Ogie Diaz at the close of the program.
