PhilHealth is Second Highest Taxpayer in Pasig - October 26, 2006
The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) was recently named the second highest corporate taxpayer in Pasig City. During the inauguration of the Pasig Extension Building of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), PhilHealth received a Plaque of Appreciation in recognition of its being a responsible corporate citizen. Other than PhilHealth and the City Government of Pasig, the rest of the Top 10 Taxpayer awardees were private corporations. Photo shows PhilHealth Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary Octavino Q.
