PhilHealth Opens 3rd Service Office in NCR - August 1, 2003

In its mission to make social health insurance accessible to all its members, The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) opens its third Service Office in Quezon City, one of the largest populated area in the National Capital Region (NCR). It is located at D & E Building, 1050 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. Part of the services offered are: enrolment of new Individually Paying and Non-Paying members, submission of quarterly remittance reports for the employed sector, payment of premium contributions, filing of Medicare claims and claims follow up. Shown cutting the ribbon during the opening rites are PhilHealth President and CEO Dr. Francisco T. Duque III (left) and Quezon City Mayor Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. (right). “PhilHealth will continuously reach out to its members. Being a government owned and controlled corporation, our priority is to deliver quality service to all our members and our health service providers,” Duque said.
